032c accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box and include the printed return form provided via the portal.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
